  14. This may be the wrong area for this message.  I am using borland C++ 4.5 and 
  15. am only a hobbiest programmer.  How do I program for the sound card(through 
  16. windows).  What do I need to know.  If it's simple, just tell me, if not, 
  17. where can I look it up?  Are there any libraries that can help or are they 
  18. already built into windows?  Either knowledge on sending a digital wave 
  19. signal or a midi signal(I have wavetable synthesis) would be helpful, and are 
  20. there other ways of encoding a musical signal.  Thanks lots.
